By using BrickBuddy (“the service”), operated by ZeroPoint Marketing Solutions Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. What BrickBuddy is

BrickBuddy is a free tool that helps you find building-materials suppliers near a location and compare prices for common materials, then contact or navigate to them. It’s an information and signposting service — we don’t sell materials ourselves.

2. Prices & information — check before you rely on it

Important: prices, product details, stock and merchant information are gathered from third-party sources and may be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Prices can change at any time and may differ in-branch (especially trade-account pricing). Always confirm the price and availability directly with the merchant before travelling or buying. We’re not liable for decisions made on the information shown.

3. Affiliate links

Some outbound merchant links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on resulting purchases at no extra cost to you. This does not influence rankings — results are ordered by price and distance. See our Affiliate Disclosure for the full picture, including which networks we work with.

4. Third-party sites

When you tap through to a merchant, you leave BrickBuddy. We’re not responsible for third-party websites, their content, prices, or their handling of your data.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — including automated scraping, attempting to overload or disrupt it, or using it unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

The BrickBuddy name, design and content are ours or our licensors’. Map and merchant location data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, used under the Open Database Licence (ODbL).

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
